Frankie’s project looked at the city through the lens of “access”: in spaces across New York, she asked herself, “Who has access to this place? Who is it for? Who does not have access?” Her presentation talked about a particular node of such access: the Williamsburg Bridge, which has for over a century acted as an economic conduit between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
